Cool prize to win. Just based on test numbers too. We’ll see who can get THC and terps way up there by next year. Will be fun to see. A lot of those up north growers won’t participate in a state sponsored event I’m guessing. Ha.

 Oregon did this for a few years before discontinuing it. I like the idea and hopefully it takes some of the "scare" factor away after people view this stuff and don't instant turned into drug crazed, murdering thieves.
It seems that trying to "normalize" cannabis in the eyes of the public is the main focus.
