Update

I think we are about a week from the change to flower. The lights are certainly doing the business so far. I think I've found the sweet spot as in height now. Any closer and I start to see light stress, as mentioned before this shocked me given the wattage for the area. The plan is to tuck these again tomorrow, I think this will fill the net, if not another 5-7 days and it will be done. I know the strain so will be able to get the height perfect through the stretch period.

Feed is now at 1.25ml per liter of Canna A and B per liter. They have just finished a 3-day cal-mag load up which means I've added 0.5ml per liter of Plant Magic Mag-N-Cal to the feed and given them a good foliar feed with Epsom salts. PH is now set to 6.2 to aid the load up ready for flower. Plants are getting around 3-liters a day.

hi keeno re the distance from lights to foliage and my small painful experience when light was too close although i thought it ok,it takes several weeks for light bleaching to show and when it does that leaf is yellow toast or nearly pure white and near seethrough!
these leaves never recover and my 3 mid term growth type plants was reduced to a pile of crap and flowering was very sad
so it needs careful attention and very first sign of changing i lift it up a good few cms,my light is very much smaller as well and was 12=15 inches above a scrog and that was og kush, bleached to hell.
the tangerine dream takes the same light about 10 inches away :idn:
im sure you have it all in hand just something that buggered me up and is best avoided!peace :bye:
Well spotted and subtly hinted at duke . The 6 under the 720w custom are on the verge of light stress. That light is insane with the amount of light it puts out. Ill be getting a 650w ballast for it at some point. I'm testing some GHO products on that side of the grow for this exact reason for the next 2 days. See if i can load the plants up a bit while keeping the light where it is. If not ill be cranking the custom light up a few inches daily.

Update

These have been flying through veg and are now ready to be changed to the flowering period. So far I've noticed no difference in growth rate between the test side and the side under the 720w or 480w. The 4 plants under the 300w X Bars actually looks healthier, a darker green. The light intensity is less and this in my head means they are not needing the higher amounts of feed the plants under the other 2 lights are needing. I've got them all on the same fed for now.

Before another round of tucking:

After:

I'm flipping these over the next 2 days. I'm just waiting on a light to arrive before I do. The Critical which makes up the bulk of the scrog re as rammed as I've ever had a net before flip. I'll let them go from day 1 12/12, no more tucking. I know the strain so it will be a good way to see how the plants react and a more true structure to flower.

Feed currently consists of 1.25ml per liter Canna Coco A and B, PH set to 6.0.

Cheers @duke. This is the most tightly packed scrog I've ever done before flip. I'm hopeful it will be a very crammed room come mid flower.

Cheers Paul,

I've got 2 more ram eco fans on the way. I've got a feeling it's going to be crowded above the net.
