Brum bubs need a chiller?
So these brummie bubblers, need a chiller do they or does everybody run them without and not get any root rot??? Or is it pretty much same as dwc and buy a chiller

I've not grown in hydro Nom but I believe the issue is full water and the heat of the water/feed is the lack of oxygen at higher temps. The Brummy bubbler has the roots sat in medium, not water, similar to a Wilma, therefore IMO no it's not as important to have a chiller. That being said you don't want the feed stupid warm. I looked at Brummy bubblers before I went coco, id just insulate the tank and exposed water area.
