Just been reading through all your diaries with the brumie bub, you been growing some very nice looking pot. May I ask a few questions, what you like and dislike about running the brumie bubs and have you ever got any root rot in it, do you use a chiller?

Hey @Nom what space and what lights do you use?
I normally have about 350 to 400w led in 80cm tent's and to be honest apart from about 2 weeks a year I've never needed a chiller.

Cool, I'm not using anything at all at the moment, still at planning on paper stage so I'm doing a shit tonne of info gathering on a few systems im considering. It's always nice to be able to see them in action and doing well

It's a bloody minefield
I've only ever done hydro so I can't compare to other methods.
One big plus point is it's a clean way of growing. I grow in a carpeted spare room and If I started dumbing soil up and down the stairs it would be game over as far as Mrs Trunk is concerned.

Have you grown Northern lights?
I'm after recommendations for an NL grow. Something close to NL#5.

3 weeks from flip. Had a bit more stretch than anticipated
I've given a bit of a trim and changed the tank. Started adding PK at 0.35 ml per litre and then up it next week.
I stopped adding calmag now and the scores are 1100ppm and 6.1ph.
The water temperature is maxing at 22c and drop's to 19c so quite happy with that
Lights are using 360w and temperature is maxing at 27c. Humidity has been a bitch but plants don't seem to mind.
Going drier next week so it'll drop.
