Re: Low runoff ppm in coco
I have never measured the ec or ph of the run off. even if we have had issues i havent. If it looks good, it probably is!

@Hmr81 yeah man think I’m gonna stick with reading the plants - maybe just check the run off 1x per week to make sure no salt build up

Re: Low runoff ppm in coco
if you feed to run off, maybe like 100ml run off you are very unlikely to get a salt build up imho. but yes, looking at the plant is key i think.

@Hmr81 Yeah I’m getting around 1-150ml of run off, I water only once a day and maybe going to up it to twice a day when they get more Into flower, never thought I’d like coco as much as I am

Re: Low runoff ppm in coco
i feed daily all the way through, only difference is the amount of feed she takes really. in veg typically she drinks like 1.5 - 2 ltr in flower anything up to 4 or 5 ltr until i get run off. i've never needed to feed more than once a day tbh.

Re: Low runoff ppm in coco
@Hmr81 sounds like your in bigger pots?
I’m doing 2 litre sog pots so will definitely need to start watering twice a day soon. Next run I’m going to try a drippers. You always grown in coco?

Re: Low runoff ppm in coco
@Hmr81 I’ve always done soil and organics, did coco about ten years ago when I first started but it did not go well and haven’t really give it a thought till this time round. Sounds like you produce some big plants in 12 litre pot.
The OP josh said on his last comment before I restarted the thread that he fed from start to finish with 2.0 ec , is that possible? Or wouldn’t they burn up

Re: Low runoff ppm in coco
i honestly wouldn't have a clue on EC, i don't measure it. if you look at my diary(the current C99 one) you can see what i feed mine but i can't help with EC sorry.
