Re: Best strain for migraines?
According to data, people have been using cannabis as a migraine therapy for years, but it is only now becoming public. Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Colorado recently published a marijuana study that revealed:
A total of 40% of the 121 adult participants reported positive results.
Before going down the cannabis migraine therapy path, I would advise you that it's best to talk to your medical marijuana doctor. Some strains of marijuana may even have the reverse effect. They may cause your heart to race, initiating allergic reactions and causing symptoms that could lead to a migraine.

Re: Best strain for migraines?
I suffer migraines and find weed helps take the edge off if I haven't caught it before it progresses past the head ache bit.

Re: Best strain for migraines?
Something to put you to sleep imo. A good cheese or dutty skunk. Last thing you want is to be laying there with a creative active high when suffering like that. I get migraine on a semi regular basis, I just eat enough oil to sleep for 12 hours when I do.

Re: Best strain for migraines?
for me did work best a classic diesel strain, but to be honest i liked to get out of it faster.., so i did couple puff in the vaporizer, to decarboxilate tiny amount and so prepare an edible, my humble recommendation is keep it in mind: less smoke during this time, and more sleep can help hugely helpful with the recovery.
