Re: PPF, PPFD, YPF, DLI - A guide from Invisible Sun led
Hiya bach well here's my take on watering under leds.... compared to HID.... the plants under led use / supp way less water than of under HID fact ! I've also noticed that HID grown dope grows a root mass much quicker than led...in the early veg stage also its much easier to over water under leds, the way I read it is the leds don't throw enough heat down upon the medium not warming it up to temperature! I myself like a warm medium to grow in see especially during veg imho it's most important under leds I can go 2 / 3 days between watering but the same plant if under HID would only go 1 day if ya get me,as for ferts there's no difference in feeds same for HID and leds, this here cookie plant and others gets watered every 3 days its in a quater litre of husk,if she was under my HID I'd be watered twice daily if ya get me. hope this helpsIMO wrote:Liking the fire extinguisher ball Captn, care to share what you have found different about watering, feeding under Led, more feed I’d suspect?
