So, for a 1.2x1.2 what’s best a 530 or 2xFbars

Ideally 30w per square foot is the aim. A 1.2m x 1.2m is 16 square feet so 480w is optimal.

1.5 x 1.5 is 25 square feet so 720w would give 30w per square foot.

So in a 1.2m x 1.2m either the ISH530 or 2 F bars will perfect at 480w / 30w per square foot.

Looks interesting , what’s the size of the light and what area would it flower happily. ?

Optimal is 20 square feet but can be stretched to 25 square feet.

What do those far red led strips do to improve my grows ? Summink called emersion effect or summink, not sure tbh if its emersion but yes I'm sure you get jist of it, maybe its wrong thread to ask, but i thought why not you get nowhere without asking otherwise.
