I don't kow whether people will see this but @GMO breifly mentioned how ants work together with other insects. Well I caught these two, I couldn't work out who was eating who's.....? :idn:

Anyway, this was the best picture of the lot I have managed to find so far. I found them last night on my sunflower plant. As it's only really for ornimental purposes, although I was thinking of an FPJ but thought it would be too oily? ...anyway, without going on one of my tangents  I may as well leave the ants and little flies right there. They don't seem to be harming my plant yet and if anything it's keeping them away from my tomatoes etc....

I will search some more photo's from what I took.

Nature is crazy sometimes as well as beautiful  :idn:

Well the seeds can be oily can't they.

I did look into FPJ sunflower recipes on the net but couldn't find anyone doing it.

I'm not sure tbh. I wouldnt think its gonna play any kinda major roll. We can still FAA with oily fish?

I would imagine the auxins are ya main aim from sunflower with their following the sun nature I bet that would be one of the main advantages. I think majority of the nutrition would be in the seed. But I dont know just theorizing

Well that i what made me think of it in the 1st place. But we should get auxins already from other sources, I can't remember what they were I came up with  how many rabbit holes

I already have some to use up anyway, it lasts ages.
