You could make cannabutter or use olive oil and infuse it. There really isn't that much to it and you don't need any solvents.

I have used my Already Been Vaped bud waste and I can confirm that on it's own in cookies was pretty potent stuff. Some straight from trim or bud would be pretty strong stuff.

I made brownies using cannabutter from buds and they were pretty strong. Just make sure you wait about 45 minutes for it to kick in.

If it's a tincture you want, fill a jar with bud (no need to grind) and cover that bud in overproof rum. Leave it for a few months - I find 3 minimum is best, strain it and bottle it up.

A half teaspoon of that sees you right for watching a good film.
