When meat gets that weird gloss/shine to it, like old bacon does, I toss it. That's usually well after the expiration date though

Usually I'll keep meat in the Fridge for 2 to 4 days cooked maybe 2 ... and if my nose dont like it in the trash it goes

3 days for meat in my fridge unless vac packed then they get the sniff test after 7 days.
