There should be a list of things you can do on that page. Favorite / Copy Link / Media / Embed.
You need to click on "Copy Link"
A pop up box will appear with a few options. You want the "GIF link"
It will give you this URL... https://media.giphy.com/media/XJCL959KwYbE4/giphy.gif
That is the URL you need.
