"Seth Rogen has announced the U.S. launch of his weed company Houseplant.
The Pineapple Express actor, 38, revealed that his brand of 'handsmoked' marijuana will be arriving in California on March 11.
'If you know anything about me at all, I'm going to assume it's that I really love weed,' Seth began on his Instagram account. 'But what you probably don't know about me is that I have been working on my own weed company for the last 10 years and we are finally ready to launch in America."
I do enjoy trying some of the more iconic hollywood stoner brands. Snoopdog shit is well.. shit to me, Willies Reserve is quality smoke imo, and Wiz Khalifa stuff was really good when i got to try the KK.

Best of luck to him. Call me a head or weed snob, but I'm not fan of people reducing a cultivar down to simply "sativa, hybrid & indica"...I actually like to know where the cultivar came from and who the parents are.
Doing some digging, the basically say that the "sativa" is a chemdog (they haven't said what one), which is a hybrid and not a pure equatorial. The "hybrid" is blue cheese and the 'indica" is 91 Krypt..which is a Chemdog x OG Krypt.
The marketing and the branding is just another step towards a generic product, like "Marlborough" or "Camel" , bound to happen which big money is out there to be made by the big business model.
As always, if you want the connoisseur level genetics and quality....you're better off growing it yourself. Still I haven't tried houseplant, so until I do I guess my opinion has little validity.

Honestly.. the snoopdog edibles were more expensive than others. The willie reserve was more “middle shelf” price. The wiz smoke was bought by a friend idk the price he paid for the half oz tbh

Ok so I live in Canada and have tried his weed , bunk ass junk IMO , over packaged to make it seem nice but every time I’ve bought it it’s straight garbage that don’t even get ya stoned , that’s my to cents on HOUSE PLANT
