Yup seems like everyone likes to eat here lol well when I first started smoking I had the munchies.... than there was a time that I didnt eat just wasnt hungry so by smoking it make me hungry. Fast forward till now I like sweets chocolate . Icecream...usually at night and in turn I get very intense nightmares/dreams from the sugar as well as juice or milk.... anyways I eat whatever I feel like or that is quick to make /heat up etc .. or just to much on chips chocolate granola bars which I think it somewhat health .. pretty sure theres somthing in thc that makes your mind say you want to eat like it triggers something. To avoid munchies try eating before you smoke might help. Latley now when I go grocery shopping I tend not to buy junk food as much or say ok I'll get 2 or 3 treats for this week and limit myself and if u get them nad I dobt have anything than it's going to make me wanna have something else whatever it maybe a bowl of oatmeal a granola bar maybe some toast with peanut butter and honey or jam. But atleat that makes me not eat crap.food all the time.even fast food is the worst for me goes right threw me. So that all being said almost everyone us in lockdown if sone sort so even give yourself time to make a health recipe snack or some healthy munchies for even a head of time so than it's made or ready when you get the erges.

Interesting about intense dreams/nightmares. But I 100% agree. There are certain foods especially milk based products, whilst eating at late and night and not having had time to digest them properly, it can give you vivid dreams/nightmares and also make you lethargic and headaches the next day

That sounds like a crash after a sugar high. I crash about 3pm if I don't have a coffee. I stopped eating sugar at night cause it was making me feel awful. Good thing about CBD is it doesn't trigger munchies
