A bit of h202 should help sprout seeds more so older seeds a wee bit quicker. The darker shelled seeds i think lots are older so have tougher shells, it does help those out quite a bit.

I usually as some great white or Dynomyco when popping seeds I figure that the beneficials out compete the bad guys

Have done so.
