To wet by the looks of them pics, try warming them up some as well BRF.

Yeah maybe too much water so it's just sitting in there and maybe there was something on that seed previous sot he water condition advanced it ... less water and a warmer space will help

itrs so tricky with the moisture here its either too wet or too dry. but maybe punch some holes in the containers. I have started doing the trick GMO said and putting them on the sides so any excess will run down. and for sure they had something on them before. this is all outdoor grown bag seed "strain" and under 100x mag you can see the mold lattices. that's why I did the H2O2 in the water for presoak

Yeah if you worried about being to wet or two dry putting it on the side so it could drain a bit or soak up when needed is good I habent done many times soaking them I'd most always put straight in dirt but germ tags a bit longer also next time just give them a little rinse off before you start the germ process

ok. and trying deep water germ till crack and tail then to rockwool. yo bach try several layers of bog roll and wet it soden place the seeds on the tissue fold it over the seeds + place them in a ziplock bag.........somewhere very warm like the boiler closet 3 days they be popped ... also add a drop of household bleach to a mug of water that ewe wet the tissue with a mug full of water add quater a tea spoon of bleach.
