There are way too many replies to do each one separately so ill try to cover what I remember and wanna say thanks to you all :)

So I'm fairly sure it's not caused by the weed but by the effect of my heart racing setting me into fight or flight mode. As I think @Keeno said, it's in my mind, not an effect from the weed. I've ran upstairs to bed before, got nice and comfy, and noticed my heartbeat, and the same thing has happened.

@Norseman that 24 strain looks mint, I may have to interrupt my sensi seeds session this year to try that. The misses can wait! lol

@IMO ive literally just been looking at that vape. Looks affordable but good if you get me. Is it decent with flower or just concentrates¿

@DIY.Rik as you said... theres a difference between having anxiety, and having an anxiety disorder. Unfortunately i have the latter but i deal with it and I dont really suffer now. Not like I used to.

I never considered the effect of coffee. Im a massive coffee head!!! I like it strong and sweet too but i use stevia instead of sugar. Maybe giving that up could help.

Thanks for the comments guys. Cant wait for little legs to go to sleep tonight so I can skin up XD

Omg @KrazyDave I know it would be difficult but if you gave up coffee you would probably feel better, I know I know 😁

It works really good with both, i got the Dynavap M 2020 and a HydravongXLS and i love both of them. I must say that the taste is even better in the Hydravong due to it using a titanium tip and condenser (the metal tube that sits inside the stem).
In order to be able to use it with concentrate you need a thing called DynaCoil that you put inside the tip and in the DynaCoil you put the deired concentrate.

I think I will. I went through a phase of drinking a pint of ice-cold water as soon as I got up and it woke me up faster and sharper than coffee does. I'm gonna try that again.

Sounds good. I think ill get one of them because I'm finding cigs boring and the taste is rank now

You need a torch if you decide to get a Dynavap since heating it up with a normal lighter is gonna take you to long. Try to get a 2 flame torch or max a 3 flame torch to do the job. And before starting to use it with herb start out heating it up empty so you learn how the click works and so you get the hang of it. That way you don't burn your weed to start with.

I think you're right the coffee will help.

Anxiety disorder is usually comorbid witrh other mental illnesses which in turn gives physical syptoms, like sweating, irritability, restlesness, insomnia, palpataions and physical trembling.

Alcohol is also a massive contributer, more so than coffee in my experience and humble opinion. Also tobacco can trigger and contribute, as these effect the mind as a depressant.

Excersize helps a LOT! One thing we may all be missing in times like this!

I find the dynavap heats up quick with a normal lighter maybe 10/15 seconds but it burns them out quick, I’m currently using a zippo and that works as good certainly quick enough for me as I’m not in any rush when vaping.

I'm buying one for when my hash press turns up so that's sorted already, cheers dude.

Can confirm...

Irritability, restlessness, insomnia, palpitations and not so much tremors but I do get eye and finger twitches when stressed. Excersize I struggle with at the moment due to various reasons, mostly having a 1 year old to look after most of the day. Taking her for walks can be hit or miss depending on her naps.

My misses goes mad over how many lighters we go through already lol She uses them more than I do though.... honest :)

YUeah I get the eye lid twitching, eye rolling when extremely stressed.

I think the worst is the breathing. My watch has an app I use which counts your breathing at a certain rate/speed.
