The Ecothrive charge it contains im pretty sure is organic feed by the way. Salts can easily build up especially with your crazy dirty water to start with, so every few weeks it maybe worth checking run off EC just make sure its not climbing above what your putting in top of pot too much and if it is the pots may need flushing back with just water only. Oh yes 1ml per liter for young seedlings for a week or 2, basically up ferts gradually when they young, jobs a good en.
