Fresh Worm Castings
Evening all, just a quick post to let you know we now stock fresh worm castings. I do mean fresh, we are receiving deliveries every Tuesday morning after they are tipped and the worms taken out on a Monday. I'm really happy with the quality of these. I was sourcing from this supplier earlier in the year and covid stopped supply, they are very dark in colour and the worms have been fed sedge peat only rather than waste. Ive tried castings from other suppliers and they just didnt have the quality I needed. These come in 8L sacks as I figure most people seem to use 25L pots and this means a 33/33/33 mix requires a bag a pot so its easy to work out what you need.

Re: Fresh Worm Castings
As you can see, there's eggs in the castings too which is a bonus for soil growing. These hatch in 2-3 weeks.

Re: Fresh Worm Castings
Cheers dude. There's more info on the page I've linked but I guess everyone growing in soil knows what they are and what they do? It's a must for any soil recipe I've seen so far. If anyone has any questions or needs more info on what they do please drop me a pmMrs Beefheart wrote:Thank you GHO that’s really interesting nice one
