We had to go lie in the park afterwards where I realised (at the time) that all the trees are identical shapes but angled differently.

My girlfriend who had 3 squares said 'for someone who talks about plants all the time you know fuck all about trees' 🤷‍♂️

That looks amazing!!!

I’ll be sure to try out a batch of chocolate with my next batch of trim ,, I know as many others I’ve learned over the years and many failures in the start as there was no such information to find how to make extracts

That was the good bar. The other one didn't set (don't put any liquids to flavour chocolate or it'll come out a sloppy mess).
Got enough butter to make another 2 bars.

Lazy iso extraction

Kit;

Coffee filter
Seive
Filter coffee maker
Iso
Weed

I had 100g of bits to work with

Oh don't forget the fan... most important thing

Pour iso till covers weed

Mash for abit then I pour through sieve into the coffee filter which I sat on top the coffee maker

Let it run

And run

Then I pop into a mixing bowl and add hot water

10 mins in

60 mins in

120-150 mins

That's all. Simples

Couple lil notable points for using iso

Evaporation point is 89c

Auto ignition is 399c

Iso vapour is heavier than air, so will pool - this is the main concern when dealing with a heating element as the flammable vapour head straight in the direction on the heat source. It is therefore very very important to circulate the air as much as possible to reduce any risk of fire or explosion

As my heat source is not greater than 98c (kettle water) it's a lil more work but alot safer imo

I will do a final high heated purge but this is ONLY once I'm confident there is very little iso remaining

Please everyone, safety first!
