Why does HPS weed look glossy

oh it will Capt , used the sunmaster dual specs too , they great too .
Led youll see buds are more compact and heavy imho .

Only thing with led is less deeper light penetration then hps

Ok one thing i left out is that when im talking about glossy weed im talking about the bud
ill try and find some exsamples on here I know BB has some glossy bud pics and the cap on his chopped liver grow also had some glossy weed pics

I think what you're seeing is due to the light and not the plants. Here's an example

The plants look terrible under the LED but it's camera tricks. They are actually not that bad and indeed shiny.

The shine just means that the leaves contain high levels of brix. This means your plants are healthy :)

Think cap use canna A+B and BB uses mother earth bloom tea which im using now for the first time
have an OG kush auto week left thats just been fed with mother earth bloom tea from advanced nutrients
BB said hes used advanced nutrients mother earth bloom tea for donkey years and had great results

Must say one thing ive noticed with the bloom tea is the pistals look a deeper orange ive tryed a few diff nutes now and so far the bloom tea looks like a winner ill try and get some pics of my OGK to show looking nice and frosty with dark orange pistals my best looking weed plant so far

i know what you mean , but i get it on both led and hps , when u push plants to limits it will do a gloss
