Best stealth packaged seed store?

Morning all. So anyone following my thread knows I am dealing with random genetics here where I am but I want to get some good genes in to work with. Problem for me is getting it sent to me. I live in the philippines so I am asking if anyone knows a good place to order from does good stealth packaging?

Seedsman are pretty stealthy , they stuff the seeds in a toy . Ive never had a problem when i do order from them .
The least stealthy ive ever seen was GrowersChoice our sponsor lol , great gear but not stealthy .

I often hear horror stories from that part of the world , life sentences for an ounce and whatnot .
Is it still like that ?

now its more of a death sentence. But I only grow for me. I just want something better then the local strain.

only stealth packaging ive had was in a dvd case lol no problems got to me ok from eu
