Couldn’t agree more. They have had me on really nasty pain meds and with cannabis I’ve been able to get off all the pain meds like fentenyl and hydros. Cannabis changed the game for me.

Really sorry to read about this. I do hope that your prognosis are that you will beat it.The Aspie Toker wrote: ↑Fri Nov 13, 2020 6:29 pmI used to, but the last time I saw my GP he said "It's okay, the cancer hasn't spread" but when I went to the hospital, it had, and had done so for some time.
Been on hard core painkillers myself for the last 5 years now and today i can't really say that they help me at all. What i do know help is the cannabis since me using that i have been able to go down on the amounts of painkillers i use daily.
Ideal would be to get off of them entirely but at the moment i don't really see that happening.
I do agree with the fact that Doctors should be able to prescribe Cannabis for people with chronic pain or other sicknesses that give people loads of pain to be able to avoid these synthetic opioids they are prescribing today without any concern what so ever on what they do to the patient.

You can't beat it once it's spread, mate. It's now terminal with a 29% chance of seeing 5 years. I thought COPD would kill me, but it now has competition.Norseman wrote: ↑Mon Dec 07, 2020 7:47 amReally sorry to read about this. You're like my wife. She's been on hard-core painkillers for 30 years or so. At one point 3 of them were opiates. She tries not to take them, but doing so just makes her worse and spends all day in bed. Others that have worked, are then taken away because they're no longer allowed to prescribe them - or work, but have nasty side-effects.
I think they (doctors) should be allowed to prescribe cannabis, but the downside is that you won't be able to drive any more. The DVLA won't allow it.

Sorry to hear that mate and i do hope that you will see those 5 years and hopefully a few more.
Yeah i got the same issues when i don't take my meds, everything gets a lot worse and i get issues being on my feet since the pain levels rise like crazy.
If my Doc would be allowed to prescribe Cannabis it would actually help me out a lot since i won't have to pay for Cannabis or grow it to have something to ease my pain.
And my every day would be a lot easier.
Well i have never needed a driving license to drive a car so i guess i would drive anyway and deal with the problems that might occur when or if i get caught doing it.
