its not under watering. Look at the leaves, they are showing classic signs of over watering ffs.
it looks like they have not had enough heat in the root zone, you said your temps were low, and as you have said you are watering them every day, go with a wet/dry cycle and let them dry out before watering them again.
do the finger down the side test and water them when the pot weighs significantly lighter .
And get your room temps up to about 26 degrees lights on and no less than 22 lights off.
they will recover.
