Help with re-organizing, re-setting grow room

Hello! Huge fan, beginner cultivator and in need of assistance. I know you get tons of messages and requests but its my first grow and in my exuberance to "get into the science" I might have messed up. So first off where I live it is a must to remain stealth. I am growing indoors, climate controlled in a 4x4 tent. I am also running hydroponic systems, 4x 5 gallon buckets, and 1x a 4 point large 15gallon box as well as a cloner. All my plants are at different stages and all same seed strain but not sure if ruderalis or sativa. So my question is this. I can move my cloner yo a smaller tent and keep my clones vegging for a bit, but I have the rest to deal with. If I flip my nutrients and photo cycle start flower(first grow so not really pushing yield) will the younger plants flip? will they stay veg? not sure but any help would be appreciated. As I am learning I have made several changes and experimented on a lot of things. This strain is a stretchy strain and because I topped too late several plants went over 3' before I caught them.

Iff you flip all plants in that room will go into flower at some point when they are mature enough yes. :)

I'm running 1000 watt mixed LEDs 5 in room so far and I keep them fairly close to the tops as they are a cool lamp and I get a lot of reflection from the tent. Oh and a note I am doing Kyle Kushmans super cropping and chiropractic and had just finished hence the bare looking branches. If I start topping earlier I should be able to keep the plant shorter? Or should I do the bend and stretch and let each branch grow upward? Again also this is the only strain I have current access too. I have a bunch of lemon kush seeds but none have ever popped.

are all immature at this point or with this batch just run new light cycle and change nutrients for the bigguns?

That's some mad stretch there mate, what make and model are the lights? They seem to be lacking light there ladies.
