Where do you put your temperature probes?

Hey all

Where do you place your temp/hygro probs for your fan/heating/cooling controllers?

I am going to use my SONOFF unit to control the oil rad on and off depending on low and high temp thresholds and wanted to know the best place to get accurate readings?

Middle with canopy here but also have 3 temp senors connected to a mini digital weather station. These arent controllers but gives me an idea what temps are at pot, canopy and a bit above canopy

I think for me, bang in the middle would be next to my 600watter, so probably in-between the middle of both pots somewhere, half way up or down the bush, otherwise I may get false readings too close to the bulb. @Mrs Beefheart sorry meant to say plants :P
