Autoflower - Still Issues

I have added some pics in the hope I may get some advice on what is going wrong. I am now getting close to 3 months, this seems far too long for an auto.

This plant has been like this now for 6 weeks:

I am still on 18/6 so maybe switch to 12/12?

Have you been chopping bits off it?

As Cam says, 12/12 if it's not flowering by now... See where that takes you.

NO, leave all the leaves left alone.

That's a mutant from here, you only got 3 bladed leaves on it. Hard to see with the purple light.

Try 12/12 and see where it takes you.

I do have another 3 auto seeds, so maybe cut my losses with this one and give it another go?

Should I try a different medium?
I am using coco coir/perlite mix. 4 days a week nutrients, the remainder just water
