I have used piss in the pass, but not directly from penis to plant.

Urine has a pH of 6.0 to 7.5, but the normal range is 4.5 to 8.0.
Battery acid has a pH is around 1.

I had pee and my insides didn't burn, nor my mouth, but I'm as sure as fuck battery acid will. I know the battery acid from a AA battery is bad enough. It makes your tongue very dry.
