I was the one that used to do the lists. I had done so since day one.
Up to that point, there was never a reason for the rule, but for some strange reason, you and only you, decided not to ask for a place like everyone else had done, but to add yourself to the list. By doing so, you missed off Polly and caused a lot of extra work.
