"There are 12 rounds in these fights. This means 24 places available. To enter you will need to pick one of the boxers and the round you think they will win the fight. If the fight goes the distance the prize will roll over to the next Big Fight Night competition."

If we run it so the a points decision was round 12 it would be unfair and people would only want round 12. Ill double up the prize for roll overs anyway.
The other option is to have 3 more spaces.
Fighter A wins on points
Fighter B wins on points
Draw.
Its hard to put a exact percentage but most fights will go to a points decion. Meaning picking a winner on points is the clear favourite bet to have.
I did try to find out before posting on such figures, but the whole idea of a comp is for a chance of winning. Who really wants round one for example? Are they taking that spot because the want it, or because that was what was left?

It was just an idea and would stop any confusion or nasty remarks.

Never give advice. Wise men don't need advice. Fools won't take it.

Why do people seem to think unsolicited advice is cool online? Do you folks just constantly walk up to people in public and let them know how they can run their shop better or how to dress more efficiently? I doubt it, because the person would tell you to piss off. It’s really simple to just not say anything or not participate in things you don’t agree with or think are flawed. It clearly states in the initial post that if it goes to the cards it rolls over and Keeno rolls the prize over, which is cool. He did this because he knows boxing and the betting odds. Also, is a first round knockout unlikely? Yep, but that just means the last few people to get spots are in unlikely positions. Being early is an advantage. But, who cares anyway, because nothing pleases people online and there’ll always be something to bitch about. Ha.

Its a valid point @The Aspie Toker. In heavyweight boxing some fighters will have most of their knockouts in the first 3 rounds. Its a interesting weight class for this reason.

We have enough comps as is tbh, I just love my boxing and like to put a comp on the big ones 😂.

Its the way its always been dine and was stated in the rules. We got 3 more of these coming before the years out so plenty more big fight night comps.

Like I said, it was just an idea. That's what forum means.
In one fight (IIRC Smokey was doing) I asked for "cancelled" as it was the beginning of the lockdowns.

I think the purpose of being in a forum, is to be part of a community! It's like if I live with you in shared house we all need to listen to each other and communicate. BTW I don't think of you as stranger on the streets. I look at you like a brother in this GR420 community. Peace

The future is brighter when we stand together...

You need to learn what the word, forum, means.
I've done the hard work for you...
a place, meeting, or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged.

Ideas always welcome mate. I like yo think we are far more liberal than most places in that regard.

We all one big family. Toes will get trod on from time to time. Everyone's entitled to opinions on every side of an argument. As long as we all act in a appropriate and respectful manner then there is always room for debate on subjects.

I agree, mate, but some of the replies in here have not been respectful IMO.
