When I moved back from California I was missing the variety and honestly didn’t want to have to keep going to the beach where I grew up and see buddies that I grew up with to pick my stuff up. I want to go say what’s up to my buddy, pick my stuff up, and grab lunch or something. But, it ends up being this whole ordeal of who I need to see and who’s pissed I don’t call them and so on. Also, I’m somewhat taking a break from people and growing gives me something to do and especially during this pandemic. I’m not mad about saving the money either. On top of all of this I wanted to get into it and learn how to knockout some nice grows, because I’d like to try and setup a commercial op in the next 3-5 years.

I found cannabis at about 14, and always loved its effect it was hash only back then, then I started work and got into the culturally accepted alcohol instead and me and cannabis broke up. We have had brief affairs here and there but for some reason maybe because of its availability and acceptance I carried on drinking socially, which brought its own problems.
Then about 6 years ago she found me again and I started trying to grow some outdoor plants with varied success, I think vaporising was a game changer for me as I don’t like smoking although I have never smoked a pure flower joint only used to mix the hash with backy, or bong.
So since joining GR420 I found the info I needed to grow indoors and I’m so glad I did, now I have the means to grow more so me and the goddess can have a budding relationship

So I guess I’m middle aged now and I plan to continue my relationship with her till I leave this realm and enter the next, she really does make life in this crazy world better in so many ways and my relationship with alcohol is mostly done I feel.

I started due to the chronic back pain i got and since the Opiate based drugs i get on prescription doesn't do the trick for me. So cannabis is what i need to get through the day and make it tolerable. Been a heavy smoker throughout my life and i did finally quit thanks to vaping so i haven't really enjoyed smoking the weed and the Vaporizers changed all that since i now can vape my weed and by vaping it i get all the tasty flavors from the different strains.

i met an old hippy on a commune, who grew what is without doubt, the best weed i have ever smoked in my life, this includes before i started to grow or since.
He was a black belt -7th dan of weed growing.
He was a cagey old boy, taught me a lot ...........and set me on the path to freedom....... but the fukr still wouldnt give me a cut of his lifelong passion strain, which he called wizards beard. it was sublime, .......

Well I've been trying to grow since 1994 when my mum removed the drawer under my bed because she thought she could see a light coming from it and found a plant pot with a hemp seed from the fishing shop in it with a light bulb shining on it. It didnt grow, so the week long grounding I got was a bit harsh. But she did also find my homemade pipe with a blim stuffed in the end from the quick chug I'd had before school that morning so fairs fair I guess. Been itching to grow my own ever since and have been doing so terriblyinfrequently since 2008 whenever the opportunity presented itself. The reason why? Well I'm from a council estate, say no more

I started growing from listening to the growing with my fellow lads podcast on spotify with keeno, gmo and macky and then i threw some bag seed beans in to soak now im 3 grows in and had smoked so much bud i love it what an awesome hobby thanks gr420 and PGR both amazing forums

I had to start growing because I couldn't spend 800 a month anymore and where I moved i couldn't keep in supply, 5 years on and street weed just tasts shit every time I try it
