roll on the summer

Post by i spy »

I cleaned out the greenhouse today, Jeyes Fluid on all the joints and glass. I can't wait for summer to start my next grow. I didn't do very good this year but learnt from my mistakes lol. Onwards and upwards :)

It's all learning mate. I'm sure you will do well. What strains did you do this year?

White Label northern light, auto. I might try three different strains this year. I'll see what my mentor recommends.

Everything was going great this year till I fucked up with the ventilation, got bud rot, but you learn from your mistakes.

Bud rot is a nightmare outside/greenhouses. There are a few strains out there that claim to be very resistant to mould, might be worth having a look.

I've been growing things for over 45 years, and I am still learning.

Also I think there is a spray which you can use during veg that really helps against the mould.

i was doing great mate then moisture got to them and then the rot set in. all happened in a week, so fast. i was gutted as it was my first attempt at growing. what really pissed me off was i had a diary going and no one mentioned to look out for bud rot and what causes it. if i had known then i might have had a result. never mind, roll on the summer lol.

Its a right fuck i know, every 2 days i was removing grot, in the greenhouse and outside. I had 2 lovely NL they was massive with big buds, i lost about 90% of them i reckon, as soon as it touched my Exo i pulled it down, 3 weeks early and was still a good smoke :).

Fingers crossed your next one will be better as you now know what to look for :).
