review kingplus 1200w led

my son just got me this new kingplus 1200watt. led to fill the 5x5 tent better. next to the 1000w there is a noticeable difference in brightness,no noticeable diff. in temps. it does have 3 fans so a little noiseier.so far after 1 week the 3 plants i have it concentrated on really perked up, more light to inside it seems,good results so far,thankx

Thank you for the review JJ. What does it actually draw from the wall? Is it blue/purple light again? Be nice if we can see some photos of the unit buddy. Thanks

yes it is to both 243w at plug,15.5x8.1/4" dimentions,thanks for the help hmr,I does have veg. And bloom switches that review says differently, no intensity control

What gets me about lots of LED manufacterers is the way they add 1200w or some other stupid high number 2000w or 3000w which very decieving indeed to growers and it will decieve alot of newbs for sure. Why dont they just put 243w cus that`s what it is. Chinese are right coonts for doing it

but not just those many do and put real power or wattage in tiny print virtually hidden in description somewhere and that`s if they do it at all.

They can't even get the draw right.
I've got a Phlizon Cob 1000w
In the small print it says 245w.
It actually draws 210w.
To be fair it not a bad light for £125.

yes about the watts,do you feel the rating of 1200wled to 800w of hps equal is fair

Chinese fairy tale. If the light pulls 240 real watts it will be ok to flower a 2x2. A really good 250w quantum board would replace a 600w hps just.

thanks for the input,was just reading some things about this stuff on net,(darn chinese,like the covid shit) lets hope i can win a upgrade thanks to invisable sun and gr420(almost got the wk.#6,just missed)

Those are proper good lights and Chinese made but up their with quantum boards ive seen a guy, well ive helped him out with a few grows now and he`s smashing out 40+ oz crops from 6 plants using 1 x 2000 philzon (450wattage true draw i think but its around that) and 1 x 3000 philzon cree cob light(600watt true draw) think umol rating is 2.7umol so yes as good as quantums if that`s right, i can`t see why it int either, cree cob are some of the best led money can buy.

Nah they just lieing mate total bollox, if that did what a 800hps could you`d be in land of nod, total bullshit, i dont think it will do what a 250hps will do either but i might be wrong, but yes in reality its more like a 250hps. Led are ok lights but certainly not 600 or 1000 watt hps lights which will make buds as big as my size 12 slippers with right strain ive really not seen any led looking online with buds as big as my slippers, but tis said they benefit other ways like solid buddage all way down stems not much fluffy crap you can get growing with hps, yes ok but im just not convinced they out perform hps fopr weigfht side by side same lights same clones and such likem werkll they won`t in my world of growing, i might be doing summink wrong lol, but only grown with led 4 or 5 times, hps donkeys years.

Ive just done a grow with a 350watt samsung quantum led and its given me about 6 oz of decent bud i get 10 to 12 oz with a 400hps in same space. That said i kinda fucked about, but yes im not convinvced but will percivere with led come next Summer, but its hps and led mixed weather now, just to get that full sun spectrum of lighting and big fook off buds. :)
