Re: Want to do hydro
This is the one I use it's quiet and will easily run 5 buckets.
With Canna I use A and B,Rhizotonic, Canzyme, Boost and PK.
I've only used Canna and it works but it's a bit pricey.
I've heard a lot of people recommend Ionic and I intend to give a go when the Canna runs out. It's also a lot cheaper.
The pump is about £80 btw.
All the nutrients companies will have on line feed chart's.
Always aim below what they recommend.
Go with hydro mate and good luck

Re: Want to do hydro
What would I search bro Charles austin et 30 or linear pump? What's it like for noise, my neighbours are actually okay, friendly and know I smoke bud even asked me to get her grand son smoke I don't think neighbours are a problem but gas/electricity companies may hear it, I have up and down stairs and have a ram outline fan on high setting and you can't really hear it with the door closed can't remember the dimensions of how much air it pulls, its not a serious issue what are the chances someone would report a fan sounding noise from upstairs I suppose think I'm just being somewhat para lol.. Just ur pump looks huge in comparison to others I've seen, is that what u need to do 5x20L? I have rhizotonic and even used to with my BioBizz nutrients seeing as it said it is derived from kelp or seaweed I assumed its natural, the canna brand does look quite good and like it provides higher values of npk than organic.
I haven't even seen ionic npk or reviews but its the main one that comes up alongside canna and general hydro must be decent if used a lot? If you get what you put into it nutrient wise i think id rather pay more tbf
What happens when you give too much organic feed? I've read u don't get nute burn from regular or slight overfeeding with BioBizz but I don't think u can use beet sugars in hydro as its made so the microbes in the soil break it down I'm sure is tht right?

I've never used organic and I've not seen many people who do with hydro.potentcheesydick wrote:What would I search bro Charles austin et 30 or linear pump? The pump is quiet just a very low hum I put mine on a piece of foam.
If you Google Charles Austin ET30.

Re: Want to do hydro
I think you’d really be rolling the dice trying DWC with organics and no water chiller.

Re: Want to do hydro
I wouldn't run DWC without a chiller and like Nanook points out the noise can be a real problem. In terms of flushing etc. then yes you do still flush when you have a reason i.e. corrective measures and still also flush at the end of the grow although only a couple of days is enough.
DWC does increase growth but this is mostly noticeable in the Veg stage. Not so sure there is such a difference gap once flowering.
