Lady's problems
Hello gr420 I have had a bit of a fun week.
I did a transfer from tent to tent, and popped in another cfl bulb as part of the upgrade ect,
I have had a 3 nights were temperature has gotten down to room temps about 18.5c lowest and back up 25c in the daylight hours.
Heater purchased and i now set up.
Seedlings seem to be doing fine
I started to notice and literally within about 24hrs there leaves were droopy and lowers were lighter in colour.
Roughly 4 days later and were here.
From
To
We was cooking on gas until this haha.
Its the changes I've made thats likely caused this problem.
I initially thought it was nitrogen def, but it was underwatering and thus having a knock on effect.
I've used only bottled water ph 6.5 for the first 5 week then 2mil per liter and now on full dose of bio 10.6 4.4 1.7 NPK
10mil per liter
Thats the highest nitrogen nutes I've got to hand.
I've given them two half feeds over the last two days and one full feed today. Plan to half feed for 2 and then full feed. See were were at then?
I've done a good inspection as you do.
Noticed we got some pistols showing, and am wondering what to do now as this has come in quite late and kicked me up the ass
So I am scratching my head a bit here what to do next.
Keep going with the Npk?

Re: Lady's problems
18 degrees at night is pretty good id say. I think the general rule of thumb is a 7-10 degree difference night to day max.Smelierjoint wrote: βWed Sep 02, 2020 11:03 amHello gr420 I have had a bit of a fun week.

Treat people as if they were what they ought to be and you help them to become what they are capable of being.β

Re: Lady's problems
My 1st grow I used bottled water. Full of chlorine and not enough calories mag etc....
Maybe 6.5 is too high, it would be im coco and bottled nutes for sure.
Also purple stems can be a sign of Magnesium deficiency. Could be strain genes too, but worth considering using Magnesium salts? But that will only fix Magnesium if you have enough available calcium.

Re: Lady's problems
Maybe they're just a little over watered? Give them a few days until you see signs of underwaterinf maybe?

Re: Lady's problems
I.E. It looks like a mobile nutrient on the LHS of this chart. Nitrogen looks a culprit, so yes you're probably right.
Maybe locked out? So could just be overwatered?

Re: Lady's problems
Hi guys, Brilliant that rik mate , ive been on the deficiency hunt myself,
Atm am with nitrogen def and possibly potassium def
But we will see.
They are praying roughly 2hrs after watering and not if its left later to water / feed.
I'll use the bio this week, i have got nutes for days and all the tomato food you could want, i got cal mag and canna pk 13 14 there but don't wanna overload them after reading a bit i stayd off the cal mag.
Hey Mr Nice thanks mate yup watching for clawing daily anyways, I think humidity is alright between 80 at watering to 50 bout 6hrs later seems to steady its self around there tho the meter is at pot level.
That's a bad fim haha. Toped right in on new growth with finger's rather than cut, resulting in that deformation but possibly 4 tops by the looks of it to me. i hope.
Could be alot of thing ticking away here mate i want to be sure before I act on it, as you know you can cause more issues trying to fix one.
