There is not set timeframe to when to start giving flowering nutrients. This strictly depends on the devlopment of the plant. As you're growing in wilma and pebbles you should be still currently giving them daily feed of vegging nutrients. Once you notice that the plant starts to form crowns(white fluffy hairs) then you can switch to flowering nutrients. That is the safest method for me
