Cam I can not say much really based on that photo. Can you take some clear close up photo and side photo too?

Ehh same soil and same nutrients ive used for 5 years. Im leaning towards root problems. With all of this happening.. it made me think of the other GC auto that died about 2 weeks ago. I found my fan broken and hanging very close to this plant and assumed it was wind problems
The other two GC growouts are doing fine but now im really worried they may also fall victim. I have 2 flowering plants that i kept on same schedule and same feed as the youngins. My mind is very confused
