Forum Vote - Number of posts per page

Wassup GR420. We all love a bit of budporn and filling our diaries and posts with it. Many posts containing images on a single page can slow down load times especially for those with slower internet connections. The idea has come up to reduce the total posts per forum page from 20 to 10. By doing so we will decrease the amount of images on some pages and also decrease the scrolling needed on very long pages. Ive decided to put this to a full forum vote as it will mean more pages per topic but faster load times on large pages and less scrolling. Please vote whether you want to keep the current 20 posts per page or decrease the posts to 10 per page.

What about getting the images to just be thumbnails we click on to enlarge to look at instead of full size images throughout? Going through a ton of pages is just as much as a turn off to me. If I see a ridiculous number of pages for a diary I just check out the beginning and end. Ha.

We did do this before but it didnt go down well at the time. We can defo revisit it though.

I did vote for 20 posts per page but that is in the hope that we all can start using the new function here in the forum where you tag for example @Keeno and by doing that he will get a notification telling him someone did respond in a certain thread. Doing this would keep all threads real clean and nice and a lot shorter.
