Nope nothing they have just been chilling the the mother room , I've not come across anything like this atall it's uniform on every leaf its affected and it's almost stripping it

That is very interesting. When you say everywher is that one plant only or several plants having the same problem? Can you take a look at the root ball?

It's only affected 1 plant and I have 2 moms of that strain the others are all healthy, I'm not sure I can get to it I could undo the air pot ? Not sure if that will cause anymore damage,
