Plants are growing well now, I've been very careful with waterings and I think adding that clip on fan helping them to dry out faster helped a lot. I think the springtails are gone too. The main problem was, as stated earlier, that the pots were too big and wet, weather was too hot ...combination of things. I've added some new cuttings int he propagator which I will move into very small pots and see how it goes.

A good root drench of neem and water solution should wipe out the bugs, maybe it will need repeating 4 to 5 days later.
