First try no warm up seeking advice

Post by Andybotwin »

[Hey everyone I'm about a week out from germinating. And I'm building my 4x4Γ—80 tent tonight, would love to hear from some vets that are familiar with leds. Also I am tryna figure out what nutrients to use. I plan on using 5 gallon fabric buckets with foxfarm ocenfloor mix w/ 20 percent perlite. Is that enough nute's for the first 4 weeks of veg?

Welcome to GR420,

As Marcus says soil should be good for 4 weeks. You can go simple or complicated with soil feeds. Are you after easy out of a bottle nutrients or more indepth organic style feed?

I bought a foxfarm starter kit with i believe is a full line up of different liquid nutrients im thinking of starting to give them a 50% strength tea starting at like 5 weeks is that good idea? Thanks for the responses!

The plants will let you know when it's time to feed. I'm not familiar with the fox farm range personally. My advice would be to get a diary started in the diary section. You will have lots of growers able to follow and help you along the way.
