Canna fudge.
Found a recipe on Carnation site.
Dead easy and only 4 ingredients. We swapped Demerara for dark brown soft sugar. All you need is sugar, milk, Carnation condensed milk and the butter.
The Canna butter works well with the sweetness.

Re: Canna fudge.
At least it didn't go to waste .
I can report the fudge had the desired effect. I've just cut the rest up and put in a butty box.
Very tempted to have a piece with my coffee.

Looks delicious. I'm due to bake some more cookies this weekend.

Re: Canna fudge.
Used this recipe. You definitely need the thermometer and don't skimp on the stirring at the end.Treetrunk wrote:https://www.carnation.co.uk/recipes/ult ... dge-recipe2-Scoops wrote:Need to look for this recipe now me thinks, im gonna have a pop at it. Next run I'm going to use coconut oil instead of butter.
I think it will complement the flavour.
You can use any sugar we just prefer the darker ones.
