Canna fudge.

Found a recipe on Carnation site.
Dead easy and only 4 ingredients. We swapped Demerara for dark brown soft sugar. All you need is sugar,milk, Carnation condensed milk and the butter.
The Canna butter works well with the sweetness.

I did i dont think I got to 120 as the recipe said
Still worked as a icecream sauce lol

I can report the fudge had the desired effect. I've just cut the rest up and put in a butty box.
Very tempted to have a piece with my coffee.

Need to look for this recipe now me thinks, im gonna have a pop at it. Will look what i need now @Treetrunk is it same recipe as Point 5 but different sugar ? :)

Used this recipe. You definitely need the thermometer and don't skimp on the stirring at the end.
Next run I'm going to use coconut oil instead of butter.
I think it will complement the flavour.
You can use any sugar we just prefer the darker ones.
