Tips pointing down
Hi guys, this morning i've noticed that some tips of the leaves were pointing strangely downward and i'd like to figure out why and also if it can become a more serious issue or if it's fine. I leave some data for a better understanding. The plant is 29 days old, autoflowering, the temp is about 28/30 °C during day and 24/25 °C during night. The rh is about 45-40%, the last time i watered was 2 days ago with 1 lt of bottled water mixed with all the biobizz nutrients. The led is a TS600 MarsHydro that provides about 300 W. Thanks as usual for the attention and the help :)

Re: Tips pointing down
more importantly, what are you feeding them?
it just looks like a slight bit of excess nitrogen, nothing to worry about,
but it can also show this from over feeding in general

I've been using biobizz nutes, which substrate are you using?
2 days ago, they may just want some water?

Re: Tips pointing down
i think that it's definitely nitrogen toxicity, should i stop completely adding nutes or not? Also i think that it's because i added Fish Mix while it was flowering so it fucked up a bit the nitrogen ratio.

Re: Tips pointing down
Yes fishmix could cause this. Don't panic too much though as it's not that bad. Give em just water next feed and then continue on with the bloom.frankthirtyspears wrote: ↑Sun Jul 12, 2020 11:45 pmi think that it's definitely nitrogen toxicity, should i stop completely adding nutes or not? Re: Tips pointing down

Re: Tips pointing down
I'm following the exact BioBizz nutrient shcedule (since i use only their products), today i watered without fertilizers but only with Alg-A-Mic and the other energizers to try and reduce Nitrogen. When the toxicity is lowered the leaves will come back straight or they'll remain pointed downward?bigbadbillybob wrote: ↑Mon Jul 13, 2020 11:04 amchances are, you are over feeding them also, how much are you giving them?

Re: Tips pointing down
oh dear.
What is the complete line up and what doses are you giving them, please be a bit more specific.
The reason i ask is because those feed schedules allways allways provide far too much feed, ime.
i would be flushing them through with plain water next time, and after that reduce the feeds, but i cant say to what, because you havnt said what they are getting.
cheers
