Re: New fan and filter.
I`d say a 6incher is a bit ott in that space if your running LED, a 5inch fan and filter is more than enough for that space, a 6incher your gonna need to buying a climate control or fan speed controller to slow it down you still may need to do that with a 5incher what with using LED and most definitely will have to turn it down come winter unless your gonna heat the tent in winter that is but to save cash you turn them down a bit even when heating tent.Treetrunk wrote: ↑Tue Jul 07, 2020 11:32 amThat looks interesting. Would a 5 inch be big enough after filter and ducting?Hydrodaily wrote: ↑Tue Jul 07, 2020 10:47 amYou could look at one of these there just on budget https://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/S ... gIUlfD_BwE
Manrose are fair priced extrator fans that are real quiet in compasrison to lots of others and i here carbo-air filters are new kid on the block.

Re: New fan and filter.
I bought this set up I thought it was a good deal, I just need a fan controller to drop the speed down and will build a silent box at some point. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/223005805506
Anyone got any recommendations of a fan speed controller that doesn’t make the fan sound like a motorbike like the basic ones do?

It looks like 6 inch will be a bit much. I'm going for a 5 inch rvk and make a silencer from an old skid lid. A project for the shed of dred

I was looking at Rhino till I read the reviews on here. Best avoided I think.
