NEW GROWER JUST HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS

I HAVE 2 SOUR AMNESIA PLANTS GROWING BOTH ARE 89 DAYS OLD AND BOTH CLOSE ENOUGH THE SAME SIZE (1FT)
IVE LITERALLY BEEN USING A 40W LED CANDLE BULB BECAUSE I HEARD IT WOULD WORK SO GAVE IT A GO
ALL SEEMS WELL SO FAR BUT I WAS JUST WONDERING I HAVE JUST GOT MY HANDS ON A 15W BLUE UV TUBE LIGHT SO I WAS WONDERING IF I SHOULD PUT IT IN MY GROW ROOM AND USE IT AT THE SAME TIME I USE THE LED LIGHT FOR 16HRS A DAY OR CAN I USE IT DURING THE 8HRS DARKNESS TO PROMOTE THC COUNT?

Imo spending $50 on a cheap led grow light would work 10X better.

i have a 600w hps grow light with the reflector but cant get my hands on a ballast yet cant even get one delivered

Hello 420_NORTH_EAST,

Welcome to the forum. Your plants look awesome BTW! Well done for getting them so far on a small amount of watts. I feel as if you've pushed it as far as you can now and you'll need to increase the light to maximise production.

I would advise against using the U.V bulb. 15w sounds like a little but you'd be supprised how dangerous they are. Plants don't use a lot of U.V so there's little/zero gain and lots of risk.

What size is your growing area?
