Leds causing headaches! Help

Morning gr420 hope all is well just question about what sort of glasses you use in the room I am running a mars hydro tsw2000 white led and a spiderfarmer sf1000 also a white led ... what's the best eye protection to wear as some glasses etc are really cheep and other really price am thinking you get what you pay for but just wanted to see if anyone else experienced this and what sort of protection you use the sore heads and eye are not good or if this could be anything else feel free to let me know hope some one can help thanks joezgrowz

I'm using sungods atm. Any decent pair of shades work well I find though.

how long are you hanging out in the grow space before the issue starts dude?

Ill give the sungods a look at mate thanks a lot and gmo am not in long sometimes longer than other depends on what's to be done etc feeds leaf stripping so sometimes longer than others but most times just in and out feel as if it gets worse when i come out the tent back to normal lighting and daylight just stuck with what eye protection to get as there many different colour of lenses etc as well thanks guys

I use to get the headache from stareing at the light, bit now everythings a bit blurryer so no problems anymore
