I dont remember the worst of it mate as i was completely sedatated...i have kind of flash backs but its all hazy... the worst bit was going into hospital when it felt like an elephant sat on my chest.
At least i dont have to isolate any more.... i just withdrew from life completely, was not in a goid place but way better now.
