Hey peeps. Saw rhubabrb and had to chime in. Yes it is very easy to grow and harvest. They can grow in partial shade and full sun. They need 3-4 ft circle as they get very large. They have an almost woody heart to them kinda like a sugar beet or agave. Usually splitting rhubarb is best in the fall after all foliage has been removed or in early spring before regrowth. Just plant it so the top of the heart is exposed above the soil and it will grow anywhere seriously. The leaves are poisonous but the stalks dont sequester the poison that is why they are edible. AND DELICIOUS

Apparently it grows by itself, we always had it in the back yard as a kid and no one looked after it, not always there of course but real nice and sour once it comes around. Definitely try it- Apple and Rhubarb Crumble for the win. I sure you will make it a great rhubarb plant looking at your others mate.

I don't actually like that many vegetables and don't have a garden but would love to grow strawberries, peppers, spring onions and WATER MELON ;o) might have to GrowRoom420 breed me another tent for the bedroom. Your photo's make me wanna grow more good stuff other than the weed. Thanks.
