What is a good upload speed for streaming?
• Facebook Live recommends a max bit rate of 4,000 kbps, plus a max audio bit rate of 128 kbps.
• YouTube Live recommends a range between 1,500 and 4,000 kbps for video, plus 128 kbps for audio.
• Twitch recommends a range between 2,500 and 4,000 kbps for video, plus up to 160 kbps for audio.

I used to do video editing for a living.
I'd try 4,000 kbps, plus a max audio bit rate of 128 kbps.

For music, 64 (AAC)/96 (MP3) kbps is a good general-purpose setting that will sound good most listeners. This is the standard bitrate for podcasts, and it sounds great on most contemporary devices, including smart speakers and mobile devices. If bandwidth cost is a concern, you might consider using a lower setting. For enhanced listening, go higher.

Oh this is just the audio. I was thinking it was videos. Mp3's can be very small in size and still be very audible.
