Ah shit man! I had mine replaced once because it didn't fire up but yours is broken. I guess you can hide and fire it up..maybe take the plants out as well in case it bursts lol. Make sure you have a fire extinguisher in hand

It is just the outer sleeve that's cracked, all the internals look sound.
I'm gonna go plug it in in the garden later.
stand well back. But seriously just be careful :) if it smashes over yout plants it will dump mercury over your plants.Cheapest replacement would probably be a Lumatek @£79 by the looks of it.

I doubt you will get anywhere Marcus. Then there is hope i remember phoning polo mints and complaining they had a hole in the centre they offered me a free pack
